“There’s this idea that within all of us is a Witness, observing without judgement, simply narrating what they see. For me, writing is dropping into that space and connecting to that Witness. 

Writing is less like a choice and more like an urgent impulse, a hardwired response to stimuli. It’s a need, like eating or sleeping. 

It’s my life’s goal to not take that impulse for granted. 

I write to raise visibility of queer and marginalized stories with the hope that a collective sharing will inspire connection and compassion.”
